Exploring the Trim Levels of the 2025 Chevy Equinox

2025 Chevrolet Equinox

There are three trim levels of the 2025 Chevy Equinox, all of them equipped with an excellent range of standard features. The three models differ enough to appeal to drivers looking for different things in a compact SUV, and they all have the fundamental features every vehicle needs.

LT

The base trim of the Equinox has some great features often found in higher trims of other vehicles. These include heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and heated exterior mirrors. It's got a pair of large displays; the digital instrument display measures 11 inches, and the infotainment system with Google built-in is 11.3 inches in size. The infotainment system has wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The car has a range of standard safety features, including forward collision warning, intersection collision mitigation, and blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic warning. An available package adds more comfort and convenience features, including an 8-way power driver's seat, a wireless smartphone charger, and a hands-free power liftgate. There's also a Midnight Edition package available that equips roof rails, 19-inch wheels, and black exterior mirror caps.

RS

One change in the RS trim is its sportier appearance. It also has everything from the Midnight Edition package and Convenience Package II that are available for the LT. Along with everything we already mentioned, that package gives the RS standard rain-sensing windshield wipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a heated wiper rest.

The RS also gets synthetic leather upholstery and selectable driving modes. The driving modes change how the vehicle performs based on the mode you choose, allowing it to adapt to deliver the best performance possible in different situations.

ACTIV

The top trim of the Equinox gets a few upgrades. Its upholstery is synthetic leather and suede. Most of the changes take place on the outside. It's got 17-inch dark android machined-face aluminum wheels that are unique to this trim. It also has all-terrain tires, and its front styling is a little more rugged than on the previous trims.

Convenience Package III

The Convenience Package III isn't a trim on its own. It's an available package that adds more comfort features to the RS and ACTIV models. If you equip this package, the driver's seat gets memory settings, so you can always get your seat back to the right position for you if another driver in the family moves it. The front passenger gets to enjoy an 8-way power-adjustable seat. The front seats are ventilated, and the rear seats are heated.

2025 Corvette Stingray

Introducing the 2025 Corvette Stingray: Performance Redefined

Competing against European supercars requires serious engineering. The 2025 Corvette Stingray meets the challenge with its monstrously powerful V8, perfectly balanced chassis, and aerodynamically efficient design. Thunderous V8 The heart of the Corvette Stingray is a 6.2L V8 that hails from Chevy's small-block engine family. It incorporates a dry-sump scavenge system, a composite intake manifold with eight 210-mm runners, and advanced exhaust manifolds with performance stainless-steel headers. These features enable the engine to consistently produce up to 490 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. The available Z51 Performance Package's upgraded exhaust pushes the V8's output even further to 495 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque. more Dual-Clutch Transmission An 8-speed dual-clutch transmission transmits the engine's power to the sports car's rear wheels. It mimics the smoothness of an automatic transmission by connecting the gears to two independent clutches, which ensures that the next gear is always ready for shifting. This doesn't come at the expense of engagement; the dual-clutch transmission lets drivers shift manually like in a traditional sports car. The Stingray's dual-clutch transmission also features a double-paddle declutch function that lets drivers effortlessly disengage the clutch. Aerodynamic Design The Corvette Stingray's ingenious design helps it slice through drag and reach blistering speeds while redirecting airflow to cool vital systems. Some of the sports car's defining aerodynamic features include a chiseled body, massive side air intakes, a bumper-mounted grille, and an aggressive rake stance. Buyers can add an available front splitter and rear spoiler to improve the sports car's downforce generation, further enhancing aerodynamic efficiency. Sensational Performance With an aerodynamically efficient design and countless performance-enhancing systems smoothly working together, the Corvette Stingray is ready to challenge Europe's finest supercars on the racetrack. The sports car hits 60 mph in 2.9 seconds (when equipped with the Z51 Performance Package) and storms down the quarter mile in a frantic 11.2 seconds. Under ideal conditions, the Stingray reaches a breathtaking top speed of 194 mph. Exceptional Maneuverability The Corvette Stingray has no trouble maintaining incredible speeds on winding roads and in closed circuits. Some of its maneuverability comes from a nearly 50-50 weight distribution, which is achieved through a mid-engine layout that places the mighty V8 between the driver and the rear axle. The sports car also offers an innovative suspension system with Magnetic Selective Ride Control 4.0, which uses a magnetorheological fluid to provide precise adaptive damping. This translates to better traction and reduced body roll. If you want a supercar-slayer that doesn't break the bank, the Corvette Stingray is just the right vehicle for you.
