Exploring the Trim Levels of the 2025 Chevy Colorado

The 2025 Chevy Colorado is available in five trim levels. All five of them are excellent for towing and cargo transportation, and three of them deliver a particularly incredible experience on the trails. WT You'll find a lot of gear in the WT trim that the rest of them share. All models have a 2.7-liter TurboMax engine that delivers 430 lb-ft of torque and 310 hp. Every model has driver assistance features that include rear automatic braking, blind-spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, and lane-keeping assist. Each trim also has an 11.3-inch infotainment system with Google built-in functionality and wireless smartphone compatibility. The WT through the Z71 trims can tow up to 7,700 pounds, which is the highest towing capacity in the Colorado's class. This trim has 17-inch wheels, a sliding rear window, and push-button start. A WT Convenience Package II is available, adding a power-adjustable driver's seat and an upgraded tailgate with a built-in storage compartment and EZ Lift. more LT The optional tailgate storage compartment from the previous trim is standard in the LT and up. This trim has all the other features of the base trim and adds a little extra comfort in the form of heated seats and a telescoping steering column. It also has keyless entry. You can equip the optional LT Convenience package to get a heated steering wheel, wireless charging pad, synthetic leather upholstery, LED head and taillights, adaptive cruise control, and a surround-view camera system. Trail Boss With the Trail Boss, you get 18-inch wheels fitted with all-terrain tires, the Advanced Trailering package, an automatic locking rear differential, a 2-inch suspension lift, fender flares, and a two-speed transfer case. There are tons of optional features you can add to this trim, most of them focused on off-roading. These include off-road splash guards, an off-road front grille light bar, and an off-road roof light bar. Z71 The Z71 has 32-inch all-terrain tires on 18-inch wheels and all the other equipment added to the trim above, excluding the 2-inch lift. There's a range of optional off-road equipment available, too. You can also equip a Z71 Convenience Package III to add a range of comfort upgrades in the cabin. ZR2 The ZR2 has a 6,000-pound towing capacity that differs from the other trims. It has features that enhance its off-road performance, which include 17-inch wheels with 33-inch mud-terrain tires, rocker-panel rails, an enhanced suspension with a 3-inch lift, and multimatic DSSV dampers. Inside, it's got leather upholstery, a heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, and driver's seat memory settings. An optional Bison package adds more off-roading features.
