My wife and I met Joe Coleman right when we walked in the door. He was very knowledgeable of what we were asking and showed us several different trucks. We settled on the 2500 HD LT color Red Hot. There was no pressure at all and I feel he gave us a good deal on the trade-in and rebates.

I’ve always had a great experience when I was dealing with Ken. This time I’ve been dealing with Jamie. I feel like he’s been giving me the go around since my car was towed in there. I took ot in for engine light being on he told they they couldn’t do anything because the engine light went off before I got there if it was to come back on bring it back. I brought the car back when the engine light come back on then he was told I had to leave it overnight because it was a cold start issue refused to give me a loaner so I didn’t leave the car because I need to transportation to get to work and then the car quits me. I have it towed there. I called the next day to see if they figured out if there was anything wrong with it he tells me that they wouldn’t be looking at it until the following Monday, which was 3 to 4 days prior to the vehicle arriving there. I didn’t hear anything on the Monday. I called on the Tuesday. They told me he was at lunch instead of him calling me back. He sends me a text telling me that the lines were down and they was unable to look at my vehicle. I call back the next day they do diagnostics on it. They find that fuel pump went out, which caused a few injectors to go out and they gave me five lists of things that needed to be repaired. I asked for a loaner again still refuse to give me a loaner at this point. I’ve already paid over $800 into a rental car. I sent Jamie my warranty. He tells me that he has the call and that if they don’t answer the phone after the second time then it’s up for me to pay for the repairs and get reimbursed through my warranty service at I would like to add that I contacted my warranty service on Thursday because when I called to get an update if it’s been started, they told me Jamey called off and I couldn’t get any information on the car because Jamie was the advisor at the time I find that ridiculous anyone at that dealership could be able to tell me an update on my vehicle. this point I am done dealing with Coughlin the experience that I’ve had with Jamie is just ridiculous. I’ve never had this experience when dealing with Ken bring my wife’s car in for a warranty, never had a single issue not sure what the issue is now, but I will never have my car brought to coughlin because of this reason and I will probably never purchase a car from Coughlin because of this reason I will go elsewhere

I purchased my own supplies oil/filter and gave instructions that they were in the frunk of my C8 corvette. The instructions were not followed, but their oil was used instead of mine. However it all worked out. My oil/filter was used to replace Couglins supplies. No harm no foul

Took my 2022 Silverado in because batteries kept going dead. They said they checked them but they never even raised the hood. A few days later they were dead again causing me to miss an important dr appointment. I took it back in and now the say the batteries were bad. I wish they were more honest.

Everything was quick and easy

Our sales rep, Jon, was great, but in the end it took 7 hours to purchase our car. The paperwork system seems to be unbearable with only one person doing it. We came at 4:45 after making an appointment to have our trade in evaluated. Pam said someone would be there to do it. No one did it until 7:15 or so. Jon was making a sale right when we were ready to buy, and it seems no one steps in to start out complete paperwork. We had to come back the next day as I did not have a checkbook, but our travel time, which was 1 1/2 hrs each way, is not included in this. We were back at 8:50 am Friday, but I did not leave the lot with my car until noon. Way too hard to purchase the car. It seems the paperwork should be split up by others to help the customer get the purchase done.

Joey did a great job helping me find the truck that I wanted. The whole process went smooth and he even came in on his day off to make sure I was able to get the deal done that day. Jamie in service made sure that he was able to get the accessories installed on the truck quickly. Between the two of them I’ve always had a great experience at the dealership.

An excellent experience. Making the appointment was quick & easy, I used the myGMC to make the appointment. The appointment was the first routine maintenance for my truck. I arrived early, my truck & I were taken immediately, I also had an issue with a minor leak of a tire valve which I forgot to mention when I made the appointment, it was taken care too. The lounge was pleasant & had a few tables, I had my lunch while waiting. Robyn kept me apprised of progress throughout the process, even though it was quickly accomplished.

To be honest, we were in the market for the vehicle that we bought. We had already got a quote for a Chevy Tahoe from another dealership. Your sales person showed us the difference between the Tahoe and the suburban. Obviously the benefit of the more room. She was very patient as we were trading in two vehicles for one. So not only did your sales person help us make a great decision to buy a Chevy suburban, she also helped me order a new Chevy Silverado 2500. I’ve always used another dealership. But now we’re going to use yours. Thank you so much.

Our salesman Joey Davis did an excellent job! He was very helpful and answered any and all of our questions. He continued to help us with the educator discount and set us up with the GM app. He also helped us with the electronics on the new vehicle. My 2010 Ram did not have much in that area! my car wasn't fixed wright so i called on Thursday 5/22 they would not return my calls so i keep calling finally after 4pm on the 5/22 i got a hold of Jammie, he told me they could not look at the car until after Memorial day 9am 5/26 . so i payed out 2000.00 dollars to get my car fixed and it's still not fixed, which sucks

Great experience buying my first new vehicle. Everybody made the experience top notch. Would definitely reccommend this dealership. The ceramicoat application on the interior was disappointing though, It's very obvious where spots were missed throughout, and there are obvious scuffs on the chrome trim next to the shifter on the drivers side, that was super disappointing to see these flaws on my new truck.

They got me in on time for my apt. I had to do this on company time because there were no Saturday appointments. Completely my fault for waiting so late to schedule it. However my apt time was 8:30am and I didn’t leave there until almost 10am. Which I felt was a long time. When I drop my vehicle off on a Saturday and leave it. It’s usually within a half hour to 45 minutes and I am getting a call to come pick it up. So that was my only complaint. I felt it was a long wait.

Coughlin Chillicothe service department has always served our family well. this past week we had our daughters 2013 GMC Terrain in for standard oil change and tire rotation. Her windshield washer fluid was empty on arrival and our receipt said all work performed and all fluids topped off. However when she got home she told us it was not working so i checked and it was still empty. Not a huge deal but makes you wonder what other boxes are just being checked off without truly being completed. thank you.

WAS GREETED WITH SMILING FACES AFTER WRITE UP WAS OFFERED FREE COFFEE OR WATER DONE 45 MINUTES AND GOT A FREE CAR WASH

Air was not added to the tires. Windshield washer fluid was not added as the indicator that it was low came on the next day. There was also black grease left on the outside and inside of the drivers door.

It took a lot more time than ever before to get the job done. 3hours. It normally only took about 1 hour, but I'll be back in the spring. See you then. LORD WILLING and the creeks don't rise.

My appointment was at 14:00 but we arrived around 13:30 and my wife and I decided to go eat at a local restaurant. We returned around 15:00 and the Service tech said he believed we were all ready to go, I walked over to my truck then back to the tech and said my truck hasn’t moved an inch since I dropped it off. After a few minutes he confirmed that it in fact was not done and I would have to wait. That is NOT a very professional way to conduct business.

It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Our salesperson was awesome!

No stress, to buy

Cam was AWESOME, answered all my questions, guided us thru the process, and genuinely wanted to see were satisfied with our purchase.

This service call was the third time I had to bring my vehicle back for the same service. I always received a somewhat flip attitude when I questioned what was the issue. The service rep would say not sure if it was a bad gasket or the mechanic didn't know what he was doing. I had to ask to have my oil change mileage changed. My vehicle had 4 oil changes since the end of May.

Workmanship was good but I thought the communication was bad. Had my vehicle from Monday to the followng tuesday and never got a call about when it might be done.

They were great. Joey was very knowledgeable and was able to get us in a truck we loved for the payment we wanted.

I brought my car in to have the check engine light turned off so I can start my car at 7 a.m. in the winter to warm it before going to work. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and the car wasn't ready until 1:30 p.m., so I sat in the waiting area for 3 1/2 hours. For replacing a purge valve ($64.72) I was charged $370.27. It says they did a courtesy vehicle wash (not true) and a 27 point inspection, topped fluids, etc. etc. (doubtful). On the way home I discovered the - - - - check engine light is still on! Plus now there is something definitely wrong. Instead of idling when at a stop light, the car was bouncing up and down--very scary.

All of the folks in sales and service are excellent. Except the young man that I dealt with. He was sarcastic and acted like I was gullible or dumb. Didn’t care for the way he acted from the beginning. I have had several interactions with Kent and Jamie. They are always professional and helpful. This individual made me want to take my service needs elsewhere.

I went in for an oil change. I was in an out in a timely manner, which is always a plus! Service Advisor Jamie Cottrill is always Smiling, Super friendly and very helpful!!

I was kind of disappointed. There wasn’t much of a timeline given, and the process ended up taking hours longer than anticipated. The price I was given for my front breaks was almost double what I paid for my back breaks to be done at another dealership. Lastly, I had 2 small kids with me and it was freezing out that day. The “kids area” was tiny and didn’t have much to offer. I couldn’t get the tv to work and no one ever came to turn it on or ask if we wanted it on. I think what really aggravated me the most was when I inquired about a loaner or test driving something so I could go get lunch and take my kids somewhere, I was told there were no options. One salesman was nice enough to drive us to get lunch, but that didn’t help much in the grand scheme of 5 hours. I just wasn’t very impressed with the whole experience and consideration for customer convenience. Especially at a more expensive price.

Every time I come to the dealership for service, I always have great service. Kent is very helpful in getting me into the garage for service that i need on my car. Wes the mechanic who usually works on my car is very helpful in letting me know exactly what needs to be done on my car. Also, if I need parts Tommy is great in ordering what I need for my car. I will always come to Coughlin for my service.

Well for one it left a little better. Used oil on top of the transmission where they changed the filter. Had oil over the oil filter cap that holds the filter in and I smelled oil going down the road from where it was leaking from the fill cap where they didn't wipe it off

It started off rough, but it ended up really good. . The salesman and general manager were awesome.

Checked my spare noting that it only had 8 lbs of air.

Took my car there October 28th for an oil leak and a diagnostic on a noise in the front end. Took until December 4th for the oil leak. After that my car was kept until January 5th for the front end noise. They did not fix the front end noise. So they took my diagnostic fee deductible fee and oil dye fee but still didnt fix the problem.
