Trim Levels of the 2024 GMC Yukon XL: Spacious Luxury Redefined

SLE

In true GMC fashion, the 2024 Yukon XL SLE brings plenty of standard features for a base trim. It comes in 2WD and 4WD configurations, both equipped with a 5.3-liter V8 gas engine and a 10-speed automatic transmission for 355 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque. An available Duramax Turbo Diesel engine increases torque to 460 lb-ft and is ideal for trailering.

This trim boasts an 8-seat capacity and plenty of comforts, such as a 10-way power driver’s seat and roomy second and third rows. The GMC Premium infotainment system comes as standard and brings a 10.2-inch screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and voice-activated phone control.

SLT

The SLT comes with the same engine options and has the same capacity as the SLE trim, but more standard features make it ideal for long trips. One of the main standard upgrades is the 12-way power driver and front passenger seats that improve comfort. This trim also comes with the GMC Pro Safety Plus package.

Standard features in this package include lane-keep assistance and lane departure warning, side blind zone alerts, and front pedestrian braking. Rear park assistance is standard, and adaptive cruise control is available optionally.

AT4

Offered exclusively with a 4WD drivetrain, the AT4 trim can be had with a 6.2-liter V8 gas engine for 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Muscle pairs with 20-inch 6-spoke aluminum wheels as standard and 20-inch all-terrain blackwall tires, allowing you to tackle off-road adventures in all driving conditions.

Denali

Similar to the SLE and SLT trims, the Denali model comes in 2WD and 4WD variants but boasts the more powerful 6.2-liter V8 gas engine as standard. Drivers can also opt for the 3.0-liter Duramax Turbo Diesel engine if they so want, both engines delivering unrivaled performance for long trips and off-road adventures.

This 7-seater comes with many standard exciting features, such as a power-sliding center console for more room at the front, HD surround vision, and a 14-speaker Bose surround with CenterPoint audio system.

Denali Ultimate

Yukon XL’s range-topper is offered exclusively in a 4WD variant and is designed to impress. A major highlight is the standard electronic limited-slip differential (eLSD) that uses driver inputs and vehicle sensors to optimize engine engagement and torque for enhanced traction and stability in all driving conditions.
